guarantee
your chimney inspection will reveal all known
defects and our estimate for repairs will be
honored for 12 months. You and your buyer
are protected from unknown costs or conditions
before, during, and after the home sales process.
Products -
Many of the products we install have a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.
We will honor all manufacturers warranty's and allow you to transfer warranty to
purchaser if you sell the home. Products with warranty of 5 years or less - we add
an additional 12 months - Free!!
Labor -
We warranty our craftmanship on any new or rebuilt component. Restrictions
apply and will be clearly displayed in your repair contract.
Repairs -
Limited warranty on any refurbished item.
